We make every effort to ensure that all information on our website including product descriptions, pricing, and availability is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. If an error affects your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.

- All products are subject to availability.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
- Products and promotions available online may not always be available elsewhere.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details at all times.
HOW TO PURCHASE ONLINE
Shopping with Rivière Luxe is simple:
- Add products to your cart.
- Log in or proceed as a guest.
- Enter billing and delivery address details.
- Confirm your order and complete payment securely via Stripe.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A confirmation email will be sent once your payment is received. Dispatch details and tracking information will follow once your order is shipped.
Currency: All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED). While you may choose to view prices in other currencies, the final transaction will be in AED.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rivière Luxe, we do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty.
To request an exchange, please email info@riviereluxe.com with your order number and details.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If you wish to return an item for exchange:
- Products must be returned in new and unworn condition with original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
DELIVERY POLICY
We ship within the UAE and worldwide.
- UAE deliveries: Estimated 5-7 business days.
- International deliveries: Estimated 10–15 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please note that we cannot redirect shipments once they are on their way.
TAXES & DUTIES
- Orders within the UAE: No additional taxes apply.
- International orders: All import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
